Automatic Enrollment

Eligible students who meet requirements receive a two or four-year scholarship that pays up to 100% tuition at an eligible Indiana college or university.

After the passage of House Enrolled Act (HEA) 1449-2023, 7th and 8th grade Hoosier students who are financially eligible for Free and Reduced Price Lunch will be automatically enrolled in the 21st Century Scholars Program. Parents and guardians of eligible students no longer need to complete an application for their students to participate.

Eligible students in the graduating classes of 2028 and 2029 have be automatically enrolled in the 21st Century Scholars program. Parents and guardians of the Class of 2029 received notification letters in May and August 2025. Automatic enrollment for students in the graduating class of 2030 has begun with initial letters sent to parents and guardians as of April 2026.
Parents and guardians can see if their students are automatically enrolled by creating ScholarTrack accounts. Do not submit an application to the program until you have confirmed that your student has not been automatically enrolled.

- အနည်းဆုံး အသက် ၁၃ နှစ်ရှိတဲ့ ကျောင်းသားတွေဟာ ၂၁ ရာစု ပညာရှင် စာရင်းသွင်းခြင်း အခြေအနေ ဘယ်လိုပဲရှိပါစေ ကျမ်းပညာရှင် အကောင့်တစ်ခု ဖန်တီးသင့်ပါတယ်။
- ScharTrack အကောင့်ကို ဖန်တီးလိုက်တဲ့အခါ ကျောင်းသားတွေက အစီအစဉ်မှာ စာရင်းသွင်းဖို့ အတည်ပြုပေးဖို့ ပညာရှင်ပဋ္ဌာန်ကို လက်မှတ်ထိုးရမယ်။ ယင်းကို ၉တန်းအဆုံးတွင် ပြီးစီးသင့်သည်။

Eligible students in the high school classes of 2028 and 2029 have been automatically enrolled. The automatic enrollment process has begun for the class of 2030 and 2031 through February and final enrollment will take place in June.
Please do not submit a 21st Century Scholars application until you have confirmed that your student was not automatically enrolled. Submitting an application for a student who is already enrolled will create duplicate ScholarTrack accounts. Automatic enrollment for students in the graduating class of 2030 has begun with initial letters sent as of April 2026.
School counselors and educators can see automatically enrolled students in the class of 2027, 2028, 2029,2030 in their ScholarTrack rosters.
Note: As a parent of a student who was automatically enrolled in 21st Century Scholars, you can opt your student out of the program. Choosing to opt your student out of the 21st Century Scholars enrollment means they will not have access to the scholarship funds, resources, or incentives that come with being in the program.
Opt-out forms must be submitted by mail to the Indiana Commission for Higher Education.
